Who is teaching?
Kelly Vomacka is a Seattle attorney who works in dependency courts throughout Washington. She was a public defender for more than 10 years in adult and juvenile courts, and in trial and appellate courts. Her practice includes seeking private dependencies and guardianships for immigrant youth, as well as post-conviction relief, primarily for immigrants. She is a member of the Unaccompanied Children’s Task Force in Washington, the Interpreter and Language Access Commission, and professional groups for both immigration and criminal-defense lawyers.
